Jay is a superb instructor - he has extensive knowledge and a very clear teaching method ! It’s a really friendly and welcoming environment too. My teen son loves training with Jay and the team at WTF :)
Highly recommend. Great space, and the head coach is very dedicated and informed instructor. If you are interested in learning jiujitsu you should absolutely go and check it out.
I’ve been training with Jay now for a couple of years, he’s a great coach and his gym is very female friendly. He is very patient and will take the time and effort to explain things in ways that work for you. Highly recommend training here
Starting training at WTF a couple of months ago as I was looking for a smaller team that can really support my development. Within a couple of months, I’m competing in BJJ and the head coach Jay, gives so much time to improving his students.
I've trained with Jay for BJJ and wrestling for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best places to learn and improve. Jay has excellent knowledge and does a great job breaking everything down in a way that’s easy to understand, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. The training environment is top-notch, everyone is respectful, helpful, and focused on getting better. If you're looking for quality coaching and a solid group to train with, this is the place to be. Highly recommend.
